How to report content that you believe Clippah has used without permission.
1. Send a notice
Email [email protected] with the work you own, the relevant clip URL or job reference, why you believe its use is unauthorized, your contact details and whether you are the rights holder or their representative. Please do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in ordinary email.
2. What happens next
We will review the report, may restrict access to disputed output while reviewing, and may ask the customer or rights holder for more information. If we determine the content should not be available, we may remove it or suspend the relevant account. If the clip is on an independent platform, please also use that platform’s reporting tool because Clippah may not control every copy.
3. Other concerns
For privacy requests, email the same address with “privacy request” in the subject. This process does not remove any legal rights you may have.
